Six weeks from artwork approval. Not from the day you order. Stick packs are made to order and the film has to be printed before we can fill anything.
Quantities are plus or minus 10%. A 5,000 order delivers between 4,500 and 5,500 stick packs. That is normal for printed film and counts as a correct delivery.
Print setup and origination are included. There is no separate artwork or plate charge, unless you split the run across several designs, which carries a setup charge per design.

The stick pack

A narrow tubular pack holding 5g net, sealed both ends with a tear notch at the top so it pours straight into a bottle or shaker without a scoop.

Aluminium gives a full barrier to light, oxygen and moisture, which is what powders need for shelf life.

Stick pack or pouch

A stick is one dose, a pouch is a month of them. Sticks are for sampling, for selling single servings at a counter, or for going into a subscription box. Pouches are for someone buying a month of product at a time.

Most brands end up running both: pouches as the main line, sticks as the trial size.

Five products instead of one

The 5,000 is a print run, not a product. Digital printing lets that run carry up to five different designs at 1,000 sticks each, which is how a sampler range stops being a stock gamble.

What has to appear on the stick

We give you the statutory information that must be on the pack: ingredient list, allergen information, nutrition declaration, net quantity, storage conditions, best before and batch code, and the responsible business details.

A stick is a small print area, so this takes more layout care than a tub or pouch. You lay it out with your branding and send it back as print ready artwork. You are the brand owner and remain responsible for the compliance of the product you sell.

Why six weeks

There is no stick stock to draw from. Your artwork goes to the film printer, the film is produced and shipped, and only then can we fill. Six weeks runs from the day you approve artwork, not the day you order.

Why plus or minus 10%

Printed film runs never land on an exact count. Set up wastes material and the run is stopped on length rather than on units. Ordering 5,000 buys enough film for 5,500 impressions, and you will receive somewhere between 4,500 and 5,500 finished sticks.

Artwork specification

Print ready PDF at 300dpi with fonts outlined and 3mm bleed. A stick is a narrow print area, so keep fine detail and small reversed out text to a minimum and expect the statutory panel to take up more of the pack than it would on a tub.

Nothing is printed until you have signed off your artwork, and you can cancel for a full refund at any point before that.

You are the brand owner. The product you sell is placed on the market by you, and you remain responsible for its compliance. We are responsible for the manufacture, filling and sealing of the goods we supply, and for the accuracy of the statutory information we provide to you.

Can I order fewer than 5,000 of this product?

Yes, as part of a split run. The 5,000 is one film print run, but it does not have to be one design. Digital printing lets it carry up to five products at 1,000 sticks each, with a setup charge per design. Build a split run →

What you cannot do is order 1,000 of this product on its own, because that leaves four fifths of a print run unused. If you only want one product in a small quantity, the tubs start at 10 units.

Do I really wait six weeks?

Yes, and it starts from artwork approval rather than from your order. There is no stick stock to draw on, so the film has to be printed before anything can be filled.

What if I get 4,500 instead of 5,000?

That is within the plus or minus 10% tolerance and counts as a correct delivery. Printed film runs cannot land on an exact count. Plan your own stock on the lower figure.

Is there a charge for artwork or plates?

No. Print setup and origination are included in the price you see. The only exception is a split run, where each additional design carries its own setup charge.

Why aluminium rather than a clear film?

Pure aluminium gives a complete barrier to light, oxygen and moisture, which is what powders need for shelf life. Clear films let light through and shorten it.

Can I mix formats in one order?

Yes, but each product has its own minimum and its own price ladder, worked out per product rather than on your order total.
