Hydrolysed bovine collagen peptides

White label bovine collagen. Low MOQ, from ten tubs.

Collagen is a habit, not a trial. Your customers take it every day and keep taking it, which makes it the easiest own-brand supplement to build repeat business on. Ten tubs is £167.

White label bovine collagen

Creatine gets tried. Collagen gets taken every morning for years.

That difference is why collagen is the easiest of our ten ingredients to build an own brand on. A customer who starts on it does not stop after a month — they work through roughly six tubs a year, and they reorder without being sold to again. You are not buying stock to test an idea. You are buying stock for a habit.

Ten tubs is £167 before VAT and delivery. Most white label suppliers will not quote you collagen below five thousand units.

Bovine, and what that means for who can pack it

Collagen is a product of animal origin, which puts it under a different set of rules from a plain powder. Not every contract packer is approved to handle it. Our site holds POAO approval GB UW077, which is what allows us to pack collagen at all — and it is a genuine point of difference at this order size, because most operations willing to take a ten unit order are not approved for animal origin products.

If your customers want a fish-derived alternative, marine collagen peptides are available in the same formats, at the same minimums.

You supply the branding. We print, apply and ship.

The label is yours, and so is what it says

Collagen attracts more marketing language than almost any other supplement, and most of it is not permitted on a label in GB. We supply the statutory template with the mandatory information positioned correctly. What you choose to claim on top of that is your responsibility as the brand owner, the rules are narrow, and the wording of any permitted claim cannot be paraphrased.

We will tell you if something on your artwork looks like it will cause you a problem. We will not write your claims for you. If you have no artwork at all, ask and we will introduce you to an independent designer, free.

Start with ten

Ten tubs is £167. It is not a sample pack — it is 600 servings of real sellable stock with your brand on it. If ten customers take it daily, that is two months of supply and two months of finding out whether they come back.

The volume ladder on tubs breaks at 20, 30, 40, 50 and 100, and the price per tub falls at each step.

Three routes, three commitments

The same hydrolysed bovine collagen peptides in all three. What changes is what you are committing to, and the cheque you write.

Printed film replaces the tub, the lid and the label, so cost per gram falls by roughly half. Splits five ways at 140 each.

Choose pouches

The order that surprises people

Sachets carry the biggest minimum and the smaller cheque. £1,350.00 against £5,509.00 for pouches, on the same powder.

So the real ladder is not 10, then 700, then 5,000. By what you actually pay it runs ten tubs, then five thousand sachets, then seven hundred pouches. Worth knowing before you assume the middle step is the affordable one.

Which format for your collagen?

Questions

If yours is not here, email orders@makemysupps.co.uk.

What is the minimum order for white label collagen?

Ten 300g tubs, which is £167 before VAT and delivery. That is real sellable stock with your brand on it, not a sample pack. Printed formats have higher minimums because they involve a print run: 5,000 sachets or 700 pouches.

What does MOQ mean?

Minimum order quantity — the smallest run a manufacturer will accept. In supplements it is usually five thousand units, because printed packaging is made in one long print run and the run sets the minimum.

Tubs avoid that. They are filled from stock we already hold and your label is applied, so there is no print run and no reason for a large minimum.

Where does the collagen come from?

Hydrolysed bovine collagen peptides — bovine means cattle. If you need a fish-derived alternative, marine collagen peptides are available in the same formats and at the same minimums.

Because collagen is a product of animal origin, it falls under separate approval rules from a plain powder. Our site is POAO approved under GB UW077, which is what allows us to handle and pack it.

Is it flavoured?

Unflavoured only at the moment, in every format. Peach, Lemon and Mango appear on some product pages so you can see what is coming, but they cannot be ordered yet. Unflavoured collagen mixes into coffee, tea or a smoothie without changing the taste, which is how most people take it.

How long does a tub last one customer?

A 300g tub is 60 servings at 5g. Collagen is taken daily and indefinitely rather than in cycles, so a customer who sticks with it works through roughly six tubs a year. That is the argument for collagen as a first own-brand product — the repeat rate does the work.

How long does it take?

Tubs ship in days from filled stock. Pouches and sachets are six weeks from artwork approval, because the film has to be printed before anything can be filled. The clock starts when you approve artwork, not when you order.

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any point before you approve your artwork, for a full refund. Once approved we originate and print, and the order can no longer be cancelled.

What goes on the label, and who is responsible for it?

We supply the statutory information for the product with the mandatory items positioned correctly, plus batch code and best before on every unit. You add your brand name, logo and any other text.

You are the brand owner and remain responsible for the compliance of what you sell. GB rules on what a supplement label may claim are narrow, and the wording of any permitted claim cannot be paraphrased. Collagen in particular attracts a lot of marketing language that is not permitted on a label. We will flag anything on your artwork that looks like a problem, but we will not write your claims for you.

I have no artwork. Can you help?

Ask and we will introduce you to an independent designer. The introduction is free.

Why are printed quantities plus or minus 10%?

Printed film runs never land on an exact count. Setup wastes material and the run stops on length rather than units, so a 700 pouch order delivers between 630 and 770 and that counts as a correct delivery. Plan your own stock on the lower figure. Tubs are unaffected, because there is no print run.
