Digital printing lets a single run carry up to five different products. So the minimum buys you a range, not one line you have to hope is the right one. Pouches and stick packs both work this way — tubs need no print run at all and start at ten.

Pouches are the lower of the two printed minimums, so this is where most new brands start. Pick five powders and the price builds as you go. Stick packs work the same way at 5,000 — use the sachet builder above if that is your format.
Each design is a separate powder, printed and filled as its own batch of 140 pouches. Five designs make up the 700 minimum. The setup charge covers originating, proofing and setting up each artwork separately.

What are your minimum order quantities?
Tubs start at ten units. Printed formats involve a print run and start higher: 700 pouches, or 5,000 stick packs. Tubs avoid the print run entirely because they are filled from stock we already hold and your label is applied.
Can one print run cover more than one product?
Yes, and this is the part most manufacturers will not do. Digital printing lets us split a run across five different products. A 700 pouch minimum becomes five products at 140 pouches each, and a 5,000 stick pack run becomes five at 1,000 each.
These are separate products, not flavour variants of one line. You can launch a whole range on a single minimum, for roughly a fifth of the capital five separate runs would need.
How long does it take?
Tubs ship in days from filled stock. Pouches and stick packs are six weeks from artwork approval, because the film has to be printed before anything can be filled. The clock starts when you approve artwork, not when you place the order.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any point before you approve your artwork, for a full refund. Once approved we originate and print, and the order can no longer be cancelled.
Who is responsible for the label and what it claims?
We supply the statutory information with the mandatory items positioned correctly, plus batch code and best before on every unit. You add your brand name, logo and any other text.
You are the brand owner and remain responsible for the compliance of what you sell. GB rules on what a supplement label may claim are narrow, and the wording of any permitted claim is not something you can paraphrase. We will flag anything on your artwork that looks like a problem, but we will not write your claims for you.
Why are printed quantities plus or minus 10%?
Printed film runs never land on an exact count. Setup wastes material and the run stops on length rather than units, so a 700 pouch order delivers between 630 and 770 and that counts as a correct delivery. Plan your own stock on the lower figure. Tubs are unaffected, because there is no print run.
Do you work with brands that have not launched yet?
Often. The ten tub minimum exists for exactly that situation, so you can put a real product in front of real customers before committing to a print run. You do not need a trading history or a website to order.
