You add your brand name, logo and any other text you want to the template. You are the brand owner and remain responsible for the compliance of the product you sell.
The tub and the seal
300g net weight in a food grade tub with a screw lid and a scoop.

Every tub is induction heat sealed. A foil membrane is bonded to the rim of the tub under the lid, which gives you two things: visible tamper evidence, so your customer knows the product has not been opened, and a barrier against moisture and oxygen that protects the powder in storage. That matters most for creatine and electrolytes, which draw moisture from the air and clump without it.

Artwork and approval
Send artwork back as a print ready PDF at 300dpi with fonts outlined. If you are not sure what that means, send us what you have and we will tell you what is needed.

We send a proof back before anything is printed. You can cancel for a full refund at any point up to the moment you approve it. Once approved, we originate and print your labels and the order goes into production, so it cannot be cancelled after that point.
Delivery and lead time
Lead time runs from the day you approve your artwork, not the day you place the order.

Tubs are packed 18 to a carton, so a 10 tub order arrives as one carton and 100 tubs as six. Larger orders may come on a pallet. Delivery is charged separately and calculated at checkout by weight. You will get tracking by email when the order despatches.
Storage and shelf life
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Storage conditions and the best before date are printed on every tub.

We supply goods with a reasonable remaining shelf life. If a minimum remaining shelf life matters for your own sales, tell us before you order.

What happens after you order

Nothing is printed until you have signed off your artwork, and you can cancel for a full refund at any point before that.

You are the brand owner. The product you sell is placed on the market by you, and you remain responsible for its compliance. We are responsible for the manufacture, filling and labelling of the goods we supply, and for the accuracy of the information on the template we provide.

What is the minimum order?
Ten tubs of any single product. You can order more than one product at a time, but the price break is worked out per product rather than on your order total.
Are the tubs sealed?
Yes. Every tub is induction heat sealed with a foil membrane bonded to the rim under the lid. It gives visible tamper evidence and keeps moisture and oxygen out, which matters most for creatine and electrolytes.
Is a scoop included?
Yes. Every tub comes with a scoop as standard, at no extra cost.
Which flavours can I order?
Unflavoured only at the moment. Peach, Lemon and Mango are in development and are shown on the page so you can see what is coming, but they cannot be ordered yet.
Are prices with or without VAT?
All prices shown exclude VAT. Food supplements are standard rated in the UK, so VAT is added at checkout.
What artwork format do you need?
A print ready PDF at 300dpi with fonts outlined. If that does not mean much to you, send what you have and we will tell you what is needed.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, at any point before you approve your label artwork, for a full refund. After approval we print your labels and the order is in production, so it cannot be cancelled.
What happens when I need bigger volumes?
We move you across to SimplePack, our contract packing business on the same site, where you get full production runs to your own specification.
