Thirty minutes on Google Meet, straight to the people who can tell you whether we can make your product and what it will cost. Weekdays, 10am to 4pm UK time.

What happens on the call

• You tell us what you have in mind. A product, a format, a rough volume — or just an idea you are still turning over. You do not need a finished plan.
• We tell you what it costs. Real numbers at your volume, including the parts people forget to budget for: artwork, packaging, lead time, and what the minimum order genuinely is.
• We tell you if it is the wrong route. If another format suits you better, or you would be better off starting smaller, we will say so on the call rather than quote you for something that will not work.

Who you will be speaking to

Jake, who owns the business, or Martin, our technical manager. Not a salesperson working from a script — the two people who can actually give you an answer. If we are not the right manufacturer for you, you will hear that on the call rather than three emails later.

Nothing is committed on the call, and there is no minimum order to have the conversation.
